I'm inspired by amy's recent post - I miss xanga! Facebook is not cutting it for me. I think I miss journaling too, because that doesn't happen lately either. Just not into it for some reason. So here's my journal.
I'm home alone tonight and having a nice introverted evening. Cleaned like crazy, eating mango, making perfect sugar cookies, burning candles, listening to music...It feels good.
I can't believe we're moving in three months. It's about three months from today. It feels surreal, but I feel ready for an adventure. Besides, how bad can it be, right?? I'm SO excited to live close to Grampie and my cousins. And to be on the East Coast - how can I not be excited about that?
I hope that there are Amish communities close by. I'd love to buy fresh produce and meats from them. I'm looking forward to a break from city life too. We're constantly surrounded by people and moving at such a fast pace.
AND I'm excited to move out of this hell-hole. This apartment has turned out to be a disaster. It was fine for one person, but with two people and all the stuff we have acquired we do not fit in here.
Oh, and, the neighbors are nuts. Our downstairs neighbor has been the worst. It's a nightmare. We called the cops on him one night, and now he called the cops on me this past Wednesday. He told them there was a noise disturbance. Hah. When the cops got here, they were apologetic when the realized it was me and a five-year old. Nice.
I hope that we find a good church to be a part of in Danville.

 hi friends.

the only point of interest is the wedding, i guess. seeing as how that is what everything revolves around lately (note the slightly bitter tone). No, really, the day of is going to be a blast, and some of this planning stuff is a little fun. So i have pics to update you on the fun!

Here is the comb that i am going to wear in my hair - the designer happens to be a friend of brett's (yay for connections), but her stuff is AMAZING!

I'm somehow going to put it in a hairstyle similar to this:

Wedding Gown 001

that's actually steph shuld's creation. hehe.

k, leave me a note and maybe i'll post more wedding newsie news.

Sorry, I'm really sucking at this making phone calls, etc.  Life is still crazy busy and I think the mono is NOT GONE.  Grrrr.... I'm not feeling well at all.

On a better note, we have a church reserved for December 1st in Duluth. That's about it. Hehe.

I'm trying to get B to take a pic of my ring so I can post it - it's really hard to do internet related things when neither of us have internet at home. Hopefully that will be remedied soon.

So much has happened in the past week! My head is whirling. Unfortunately, my day at work has just started...
